There is a risk because there is quite a bit of pre-ejaculate that does exit the penis well before a man orgasms or ejaculates. You do have a concern if he was inside you. Even if he didn't go all the way in, it is very possible for you to get pregnant, sperm do swim upwards. You need to look into your options, which at this point are the morning after pill or taking a pregnancy test if you miss a period.
