For females you add 5 pounds per inch after 5 feet. 9X5=45. So your height average weight should be 145 pounds. Give or take a few pounds depending on your body frame. If you are small boned then you may be just fine. If you are medium boned then 145 lbs is average. If you are large boned then you are on the thin side.Health Question & Answer
You're at a healthy weight. If you go to a body mass index Calculator, such as http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/, and input your height and weight information, it can give you a number that is your BMI. Your BMI is 19.5.
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
I'd keep it up! It sounds like you're healthy and have a good figure too. Good luck. :)Health Question & Answer
