i take my pill at 9am but this morning i accidentally took the pill from the wrong day, i didnt realize till tonight at 12am and i took another pill, is the effectiveness lowered now.? and do i take another pill tomorrow just wait until the day after tomorrow.? thanksHealth Question & Answer

Simply ignore the extra pill and take your next pill at the normal time tomorrow. If you do this your contraceptive cover should be maintained, it won't if you miss a pill tomorrow.Health Question & Answer
Just carry on as normal. It will be fine. When you get to the placebo pills you can sort it out by skipping one of them to get your days back on track if you need. What you have done will not mess up the effectiveness that only happens when you forget a pill.Health Question & Answer
You'll be fine, i always got mine wrong (mind you i have 4 kids and non were planned!).... Just take whats due next and start again , you will be fine but get it right in the future!Health Question & Answer
