some say it can cause breast cancer...but the TRUTH is that its a myth. research shows that wearing a bra to bed has NOTHING to do with breast cancer risks. it actually can prevent sagging in the future. i always wear a bra to be (cause im kinda big chested, and i live with 3 brothers...AWKWARD!)...and my breasts are just fine.

you can if it is like a sports bra or if you feel more comfortable, but if it has wires in it it can be bad for sirculation and blood getting to that area. i just like wearing one but i got in the habit. so dont get in the habit. also, you can get zits there if you leave one on overnight. lets your chest breath. :PHealth Question & Answer
