Okay im 13 i have had breast buds for lyk a yr now. they r just starting to get biger. Ive been getting random stomach pains and my discharge is lyk werid. one day it is lyk relllli think and nasty but the next day i barely hve ny! i want my period to start soon call me crzy i no. i feel lyk less of a girl becuz i dnt hve my period or bobs. i hve pubic hair, armpit hair, breast buds, and i dnt know when its going to start!!!!!!! i want it. plz helppp.... having ur periods late doesn't nt means that u less of a girls..just relax..it happens very often..u just check out with the fact if anyone else have had this periods delay problem in ur family or not..because in such matters family history counts alot..
secondly u didn't mention which country u live in...periods also are affected by the climatic conditions..girls from the arab countries have their periods even at the age of 9-10yrs..because arab countries are warm enough..
try eating those things that have heavy nature ..lyk dry fruits,coffee...etc..but do remember do not exceed the normal limit..
for the cramps in ur stomach : take some warm water in ur bath tub n before you take bath have urself dipped in that warm water tub..specially your lower region..this will help reducing ur cramps..also it will help in ur normal periods..
