Question: Last night, I tripped down the stairs..and..?
I hadn't really thought it hurt much, but it kinda twisted my left foot a bit. No big deal, that's happened before.
But it has this sharp pain coming from it anytime I move my foot..Not really a huge pain that's unbearable, but it's really uncomfortable..
I don't want to make a big fuss.."oh my foot is broken!"

Hon, the only true way to tell is through an x-ray of your foot. You could have a hairline fracture or bone chip if it is hurting that badly when you move. In this case, it really is better safe than sorry b/c if you walk around with a fracture or bone chip it could actually heal up badly and impede future mobility of your foot. Is it swollen.?
I broke my foot last year, it immediately started to swell & I was unable to put any weight on it.
Put some ice on it & elevate your leg.
If its still no better, go see a doc for a xray.
