Question: How can i stay up, i'm thinking i'll have to pull an all-nighter to get this done! ah help.?
this is very unpleasant for me to say, because let me tell you i like my sleep haha. but i have a load of homework to do (i'm only on answers to ask this. so don't get mad for the procrastination! it's not! haha) and some is due tomorrow... again not procrastination, just evil, evil professors who are sadists lol.

how can i stay up while still keeping a clear head, i'd like to avoid caffeine poisoning so any tips on that would be nice... haha thanks a lot, i'm trying to not get stressed and am asking a lot of homework-help related questions on answers! :) Health Question & Answer

yeah, caffiene is just a quick buzz that will make you crash within 5 minutes.
i always get energised by a nice wholemeal sandwich, with plenty of protein a bit of salad with some orange juice. or two eggs. that's what i eat if i have a long and busy day ahead.
junk food just makes you even more tired.

First i would only recommend doing the homework that is due tomorrow tonight. If you mus stay up all night you will be very unhappy tomorrow.. but don't sit in your bed it will make u tierd, it on the floor or at a desk with the lights on. Drink coffee or other cafinated beverages. You should also get up and walk around every 20 minutes or so so you dont feel as tierd. good luck Health Question & Answer

im often in the same position doing assignments at college..
i think coffee and energy drinks are your only answers!
and im not sure if you have something called no-doze where your from.. but you can just get them from the dairy or supermarket, they are caffeine pills that can keep you awake and concentrating all night!
i know some people that take A class drugs to keep studying for hours but i would defnitely not reccomend thatHealth Question & Answer

I drink Sport Tea, it is great, but that probably won't help you right now. Standing on a porch/balcony for a few minutes whenever you get tired might help. Otherwise, just do your best and don't feel bad if you fall asleep..Health Question & Answer

i've never heard of caffeine poisoning, but
drinking a caffeinated beverage really helps.
