Question: Girls Only.Health Problems.. .?
Ok so last night i went to bed around 3 or 4 am to finish a paper.I went to school today then when i came home i fell asleep till 8.so it would be 4 hours i slept.then i woke up and i was on the toilet and i had puked.What happened.?! what did i do!.?and im not feeling well and my parents say it's just stress but it's more than that!HELP!Health Question & Answer


Answers:
Your body is sending you signals. Basically translating: something is wrong, or not right.
Either the lack of sleep, diet, stress, etc. or all the above are contributing to the crappy feeling and the vomiting.
Or simply, you could've caught something from another classmate.
I doubt it, but I believe it makes more sense that you would be in such a state because your change in sleeping patterns, stress, and possibly diet/food intake. Try to get back to normal behavior, normal scheduling etc. and I bet you'll feel a whole lot better.
also, try to re frame from fast-foods, they plays a high role in the crappy feeling and vomiting[fatty foods, food poisoning, poorly made]
Take a day off, rest, drink plenty of water, have some soup and bread.
Plenty of rest and see how you feel in the morning.
