Answers:
It is the size of the actual breasts. A is small, B a bit bigger etc. The number eg. 34 is the measurement under the breasts.Health Question & Answer

The number part of the size (32, 34, 36) means the size your actual chest. It's found be getting a tape measurer and wrapping it around yourself right under your boob. Smaller girls are usually 32's, etc. The cup size (A, B, C, D) is the size of the boob itself- A is the smallest, and I've seen them go all the way up to F. I'm not sure how they measure that, but it's just pretty much the size that's the most comfy; like you can't fit a D boob in an A cup, you know.? Health Question & Answer

A cups, B cups, C cups, D cups all measure the difference of two measurements:
1.) the measurement around your rib cage (right below the breast)
and 2.) the measurement around your torso over the nipple

If your #2 measurement is one inch larger than your #1 measurement, your appropriate cup size is an A. If your #2 measurement is two inches larger than your #1 measurement, your appropriate cup size is a B. Same with the rest; C, 3 inch difference; D, 4 inch difference.Health Question & Answer

The "cups" are the size of the breast. Like an A cup would be tiny and a D would be very voluptuous. The number sizes are the inches around the body. So if someone was like a 32 B that might be an average size, or a 34 C. You know what you are by trying them on and seeing if they fit, or you can get fitted at a lingerie place.Health Question & Answer

the number i.e 34 is the size of the rib cage and the cup size is the size of the breast it goes aa then a then b, c, d, dd, e etc so a 30 aa would be a very thin small chested woman and a 36 dd would be a size 12-14 womanHealth Question & Answer

A bra is sized from two measurements - the size of your ribcage directly under the bust (which forms the number part of the bra size) and a measurement of the fullest part of the bust.

they measure under their breasts ( the chest ) & on their breasts. The difference in inches ( cm ) determines the cup size (B,C, whatever). bigger the difference, bigger the breast, higher the letter. Health Question & Answer
