Cyclessa, period, Plan B, period, HELP!?!
Question: Cyclessa, period, Plan B, period, HELP!.?
'm 18, almost 19 years old and this is my long story. So I started taking Cyclessa I don't know how long ago, probably three weeks now, and took it right on time the first 2 days, then the next 2 I missed and had to take two in one day for the previous missed pill then the pill for that day (twice). I just quit that pack because it wasn't going to help my body if I kept doing what I was doing. About a day or two after I got my period. (I remember it then ended on a Tuesday) That Thursday my boyfriend and I had protected sex but the condom broke and I wasn't on any birth control. Within the first 12 hours I went and got Plan B from my local Planned Parenthood, and as soon as I took the first pill, then twelve hours later, the other pill, I got my period about a day or so afterwards. These were both regualar periods at a regular flow and lasting 5-7 days. My breasts were tender about a week and a half later and I had cramps as if I was going to have my period, but that went away within a couple days. About a week later (not exactly sure) I had a brown discharge after my guy and I did fourplay, but went away by the next morning. A couple days later it happened again but lasted a day. It's been about 3-4 weeks since that last period after Plan B and I feel fine. I'm just wondering if my body is messed up and not quite sure what to do.? Because I know I shouldn't be pregnant because of the steps I took after the unprotected sex. I think my body is just trying to get back to its normal stage... could that be normal for my situation with taking the cyclessa, plan b, and those two periods.? I talked to my local Planned Parenthood doctor and she said its possibly my body is just confused and I should wait until my next period, which is what I'm doing.
I plan on getting Implanon after this period, so I don't have to run into this problem ever again. I heard it works GREAT for women! Health Question & Answer
