I am 13 and have had my period over a year. but i don't know what discharged is. Please help.? I keep reading it on here, but I don't know what it is. ThanxHealth Question & Answer

hi ok. im 13 too and i've had discharge for about 3 months. it sucks! i dont wear panty liners because they are gay! but you have to change your underwear like every second! jk.
but anywayysss. discharge is you get it throughout your life. you get it like 6 months before you will start your period. umm. its just your uterus empyting out and getting ready for your period. it is like yellowish. well depending if you got your period or not. but if you didn't get your period its like yellowish and it gets on your underwear. when you get it, you know how you have to pee realllly bad.? and sometimes it just dribbles. well thats how discharge feels like. it just dribbles on your underwear. and it hardens and then it looks like crust. so its nothing biggy. every girl get it. but if you already have your period, you might not get it that often or it might be a different color.

"Discharge" is a substance that comes out of your vagina. Usually, every female has it to some degree.
