After pregnancy health question?!

Question: After pregnancy health question.?
Before I had got pregnant I was able to hold my bladder for hours on end because it never really bothered me. Once I got pregnant I was going every half hour. My son is now a year and a half and I use the bathroom also every hour. Even if I don't drink anything I'll keep going. Do you think the pregnancy changed me completely in that topic or may it be something else.?Health Question & Answer

I understand how you feel. I have two kids and have almost the same problems. Like sometimes I don't feel like I have to go, then I get or start walking and it hits me all of sudden and I have to hurry to the bathroom. I think having kids, in fact does weaken your bladder. Like before I had kids, I could go through the whole night without waking up to go to the bathroom. Now, I wake up at least once. Health Question & Answer

I'm a student nurse and I would advise that you go to your doctor. There are things they can do to prevent this e.g. botox, charcoal therapies etc. It is likely that it may have been pregnancy/childbirth that caused this as the muscles are weakened. You don't have to live with those kind of problems. Hope this helps xHealth Question & Answer

If you delivered vaginally, it is pretty obvious, your vaginal muscles have loosened and they cannot contain for too long. This is very normal. contracting and relaxing those muscles frequently can get them to their pre pregnancy strength in a little while. If your delivery was a c- section your doctor should help youHealth Question & Answer

Not sure, but I am the same and my daughter is almost three. I have to still wake up in early morning just to pee. Health Question & Answer
