I was just wondering if you could have a orgasm from doing kegel. becuz i think that i do cuz i get a good feeling out of this. ive never had sex before but i think its what a orgasm is supposed to feel like.Health Question & Answer

There's a difference between a good feeling and orgasm. Squeezing the muscles involved in doing a Kegel usually does give you a nice feeling as a result. But orgasm is not only a whole 'nother level of intensity of pleasure, but rather than you consciously flexing those muscles, they will involuntarily contract and release, contract and release, several times. Now the whole idea of a Kegel (other than that it feels nice as you do it, which is a nice little instant reward) is that by exercising those muscles, you strenghten them, so that when you do have your orgasm, it will feel even better for you down there.
