Question: Pantyliner brands and sizes.?
i bought the always "thin liners" whatever that means
but i will be using them for tampon backup, they look realllyyy thin for that
should i have gotton the always "Dri-Liners".? whats the difference.?

It all depends upon how heavy your flow is and how frequently you can change a tampon. Best to change often as you can risk toxic shock syndrome if you don't.
If it is for overnight I would recommend that you just use an overnight pad.
I think panty liners are best for light spotting, say a normal discharge or the kind you get after sex without a condom.
You can get full-on pads that are ultra thin, but give plenty of protection.
It really sucks when your out in public and you bleed through your clothes, so wear dark stuff on those days as a back-up.Health Question & Answer

the liners are just for your extremely light days. it depends on how heavy your flow is. i would get the thicker kind, just to be safe. because leaks are the worst thing that could happen, trust me. ut for your lighter days, the ones you have should be okay, but check every so often just to make sure there wont be any accidents. hope this helps.Health Question & Answer
