Won't it be gross when she's doing my physical and I'm all... bloody.? Should I reschedule.? I'm so embarrassed..

When you are asked to take off your clothes, put on the paper gown and wait for the doctor, I would leave on my undies. This way when he/she comes in and that moment has arrived you can just say I needed to keep them on, I'm wearing a pad". As long as it's not a pelvic exam, there should be NO reason why this is an issue.
If it were a pelvic and you were having a pap smear then you could NOT be bleeding. They can not get accurate testing during your menstrual cycle but if this isn't the case then don't worry about it at all. It's all good. Take deep breaths in, hold for 1 sec and let out slowly... it will help you relax. I used to hate them too. I used to feel so violated (during the pelvic exams) However, I'm 40 now and it's a piece of cake.

Yes, for a regular physical you can still go. I have many times.
