It depends on how heavy your period is right now.. but usually, unless it happens to be the heaviest day or two of your period then, then 4 to 5 hours should be fine if you use a heavier pad.

Well I don't know how much of a heavy flow you must have but you could always put on 2 pads next to eachother and if you really want to be safe and not bleed thru your clothes, use 2 pads with an adult diaper. DEPENDS makes diapers for adults of all sizes from SM - XXL.

I couldn't wear tampons either for a long time but I agree if it depends on your flow. If it's generally pretty light then you shouldn't have to worry as much. Either way I would buy thicker pads to be on the safe side so you don't have to worry about going longer.Health Question & Answer
