Plan B Pill Question?!
Question: Plan B Pill Question.?
If you took Plan B the morning after unprotected sex, does that mean you prevented pregnancy or killed a fertilized egg.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
Mandy is correct:
The reason why plan b is only effective up to 72 hours and the more time you let pass before using it, the less effective it becomes is because it is destroying the sperm.
If you are already pregnant by the time you take the pill (say at the 70th hour), it will NOT kill the fertilized egg.
Even when taking the birth control pill, it states in the packet that if you become pregnant but are unaware, the pill will NOT effect the fertilized egg.
