you can't sew your hymen back together. a doctor can tell if it's broken but cannot tell what broke it. the hymen is fragile and can be broken when inserting a tampon or even riding a bike. as long as she doesn't tell anyone, no one will know. plus, even if you could re-sew a hymen, it doesn't make you a virgin again so there's no point.Health Question & Answer
