1st period EVA...Help?!

You will bleed for seven days. Yes, your body will grow and change. Some people will get period pains and some don't. Periods pains are sharp pains. I would suggest you have a shower twice a day for hygiene reasons and change your pad every 3 to 4 hours. Don't stress about getting your period it is natural for every girl. Now some people get mood changes and some don't. Regular exercise while you have your period is really good for you during this time of the month. Eat meat to give you iron for your period month. It varies with every woman. When I first started my period it was pretty light and only lasted about 4 days. Just make sure you have lots of pads and can change them every few hours (even if it's not that heavy, you will feel strange) and they even make pads with wipes now, to clean up. Your body will change, your breasts will become more tender (because they are growing) and you will develop more defined hips. I started my period when I was eleven, and didn't finish "developing" until I was 22, lol. Like I said, it's very different for everyone. Can you talk to your mom about this.? I hope that you told your mom or guardian that you got your period so they can help you with questions and supplies (pads). Here's some info that should answer your immediate questions.
