my lmp was sept 6th..then it returned sept 14th for jus one single day. ive been a lil stressed lately. if my cycle is changing wen should i expect my next period..u dnt av to b exact.thnx!Health Question & Answer

it should go back to regular after ur done stressing out. ur body changes when u stress. so just relax. also stretch and listen to some calming music. whatever ur stressing about, get it out the way and im sure u'll be fine.

hey, this depends on your age.....usually when you are just starting off.....the cycle changes a lot. I would say expect them anytime from 20 to 30 days from your previous one, it could be stressful but just be prepared.....I mean keep sanitary pads/tampons handy so you dont feel embarrased.
