I have just been diagnosed with the following condition, I was discharged from the gynaecologist consultant but I have now been referred back to a professor should I be worried that I have not been referred back to the consultant.?

PCOS causes hormone imbalances.
I have PCOS and have been diagnosed for over 2yrs now they just want 2 check that everything else is working r u trying 2 conceive it could be more tests by a specialised doctor you have nothing to worry they are just making sure apart from the PCOS your healthy i was concerned when i was between different doctors but they just wanted to make sure that PCOS was the only problem stopping me from becoming pregnantHealth Question & Answer

I've lived with PCOS for several years now, and while when I was first diagnosed, I was referred to another doctor to make sure that everything else was in order. It's likely nothing serious, so I wouldn't worry about it until you know for sure. Health Question & Answer
