Don't worry. Everyone is different. I didn't get mine until 8th grade. As a nurse, I have had patients that didn't get theirs until almost 16. Like I said, everyone is different. If you haven't gotten "it" by 14 1/2 to 15 then talk with your mom and go get a check up just to make sure everything is ok, but meanwhile just chill. Make sure you are eating right, lots of fluids, do not over exercise and enjoy life. Don't be in too big of a hurry to grow up . K.?

of course its normal, i didn't get mine until grade 8, so don't worry. if your shorter or smaller, it'll sometimes take an effect. but dont worry, some girls develop slower than others. trust me , your very lucky. periods just make you bitchy and feel like crap . : )Health Question & Answer
