Question: Feel like I'm going to puke!.?
Ok I'm on my period but I've been having these TERRIBLE stamach pains and I feel like I'm going to puke everytime I get up.........I took Midol and wait to see if that worked six hours later I took Pamprin.......
I don't think this has to do anything with my period mabey a stomach viruse.......HELP!.?!.?!
Please list any symtoms so I can see if I relate.....!

I know how you feel Hun,
Every time i am on my period i get EXTREMELY painful cramps,
Try a hot water bottle and curling up in a ball, this can sometimes help ease the pain,
You could go to the doctor and go on some birth control pills, or if you don't want to mess with your hormones ask for alternatives.
I am on a tablet called Tranexamic acid which you take 1 day before your period is due (regular periods help) and take it all the way through your period,
I find these very helpful,
