I've personally never had the problem that lasted a long time, at one point I was leaking especially if I coughed or sneezed on a full bladder.
The best thing to do is always try to pee when you have the chance and do some kegal exercises to tighten up the muscles down there.
I did that constantly for about 2 months and never had an accidental tinkle again..This happened to me and I'm 19 so I think if can afflict anyone.Health Question & Answer

you need to start doing pelvic floor exercises. when you are in the car or washing up etc squeeze the muscles that stop you weeing.
squeeze and hold for 10 secs x 20
then do 25 quick squeezes
repeat 3 times.
that will strengthen your pelvic floor, if that doesnt work you may need to see your gp, i have had a baby and sometimes dribble when i have a full bladder but only if i sneeze or move to quick lolHealth Question & Answer

I got it really bad (couldn't drink for about 6 hours before exercises!) and I needed an operation. This did reduce it but it was radical!!
I was told that I had to do 100 "hold ins" a day, when waiting in the queue at Waitrose, whilst standing at the photocopier - in fact anytime you are standing around. No one knows you are doing them as long as you don't hold your breath!!
also, try stopping the flow when you are having a wee! count to 12 then start again. This is suppose to help.
Good luck!Health Question & Answer
