I wouldn't. Use products for your acne not something to prevent pregnancy. I know so many women that blame birth control for not getting pregnant from being on it so long. My doctor doesn't even recommend it.Health Question & Answer
Yup you can. A lot of doctors prescribe birth control for acne.
If you want it only for the acne purposes your doctor could give you a low dose birth control that might not prevent pregnancy, but just help with the acne.
Talk to your doctor about it, it is not an uncommon thing. Just be sure to ask him when he gives it to you if it is strong enough to also be used as a contraceptive.Health Question & Answer

Nothing wrong with that. Plus if you are sexually active and you use another form of contraception then your chances of getting pregnant are extremely slim. It also can regulate your period too.Health Question & Answer
My aunt wants me to do that, it's benificial either way. It usually helps with your hormones and if by chance you have sex or worse (rape) then you wouldn't have to worry as much. Health Question & Answer
Yea, people have been doing it for years. It's fine and it works believe me. I was on it for years and had no acne,,,i've been off it for 2 years and bam,,adult acne!!!Health Question & Answer
