So I REALLY need some help from women who have experience with coming off of the pill.?!

Question: So I REALLY need some help from women who have experience with coming off of the pill..?
I've been absolutely INSANE!

My first period since stopping the pill was 3 weeks late, this one is almost 4 weeks late and counting. I've been having ovulation pains (i'm assuming they're coming along with ovarian cysts, because my gyno said that's not uncommon at all), sometimes they're just a little noticeable and then sometimes they hurt pretty bad, but only for a second, then they go away and then come back again.

I've struggled with fatigue, some cravings, breaking out like crazy, and INSANE mood swings that make me cry like a little girl over nothing or make me feel EXTREME rage for no reason whatsoever. It's just so irrational!

I know these symptoms are completely normal with coming off of hormonal birth control, especially for taking it for over 3 years, but is there any way to make it ease off a bit.? Is there anything I can do to help regulate my hormones faster, or at least control the symptoms.?

Thanks much!Health Question & Answer

Answers:
There is nothing you can do except wait it out until your body adjusts to not having the pill.
Taking PMS meds over the counter like Pamprin can help with some of your symptoms.
For your mood swings, I would see your doctor about them.Health Question & Answer
