For football to start the season i weighed 178 and I needed to get down to 170. So after two weeks for the first game of the year I weighed 176 and I couldnt play in the game. For that week all I did was work extra hard at practice, no milk or cereal, oatmeal or eggs for breakfast, and apples and bananas for lunch and for dinner i ate what I wanted just not a lot of it. i have used this and it works. I drink the International coffees that are at the store. They have a lot of different types, but here is the trick, for some reason the caffeine stops my appetite, so I don't want to eat. The trick is this when you don't eat your body slows down your metabolism as it thinks you are not able to get food and thus conserves your fat and stuff. So you have to eat something to keep it running otherwise it slows down and doesn't burn up the fat..

Make sure you can drink coffee and this stuff works better than normal coffee, you might also take a multiple vitamin. I also carry a ensure around in the car if I am on the go and can't stop to eat. They have up to 26% of protein in them and vitamins. By the way looking at your avatar, you don't need to loose any as you look great.

So you could just eat a lot less and workout more and do about the same.

Breakfast: GO LEAN Crunch cereal.
Snack1: carrot, or watermelon
Lunch: Salad no dressing
Snack2: apple, orange, or grapes
Dinner: either another salad no dressing, or chicken boiled, no fat

i will probably get slandered for this but being a female and kowing it is probably for a big event here is what i do

drink lots of miso soup and green tea, this speeds up metabolism
eat lots of licorice, acts as a diuretic
only eat and you have to at least eat twice a day lots of steamed vegetables and fresh fruit
stay away from the fruit smoothies as this natural sugar takes longer to burn up
and do as many sit ups and push ups and exercise as you can, whenever you can.....

You can't lose a lot of weight in just two weeks. The only to do that are through very unhealthy ways.

Drink lots of fluids, and eat smaller portions ( healthy) not a lot of fats and sugars.

Go on a run around the same time of day, for about the same distance. Or do a 30 minute work out. make sure you do this everyday

Protein shakes or the 3 day diet.....
2 protien meals and 1 low card meal(no breads or sugars). for 2 weeks will do the 9 to 13 lbs...

Get a colonoscopy. its known to drop up to 10 lbs. its not visible weight but you'll wiegh less on the scale. but idk if you can get it that soon. i think u hav 2 go thru all this medical stuff before you can get it. but seriously look into it. its really healthy and everyone says you feel better and more clenthsed. <-- sp.?
