If I REALLY believed that he would be dedicated and loyal and never cheat... maybe. But I think going into a relationship with a sex addict is risky because that's part of their thing - they CAN'T be loyal and never cheat. Part of the addiction is wanting different experiences and different women. So this question is sort of unrealistic.
