So I havent had my period since August 15th, so I am going to the obgyn in a week, I took a test this morning and it was negative,
what will the obgyn do.? Will the do a pap smear.? And test for pregnancy.? I am really nervous, Will they do a urine test for pregnancy.?

The first answer pretty much covered it, except that your GYN should have a female nurse in the room at ALL times. If you have a male doctor and he doesn't have a female nurse in the room, alarm bells should start going off on your head. My doctor is a woman, and even she has a nurse in the room at all times when she is doing that sort of exam. You have a gown on and are draped with a sheet, so you are covered, and the metal instrument (called a speculum) comes in various sizes for personal comfort.Health Question & Answer
your obgyn will do a manual exam, sticking a metal devise and also his/her fingers into your vagina. It's awkward at first, but just know that they do this to countless people every day. You will probably have both a pap smear and a pregnancy test. At the beginning of every appointment, no matter the reason you go, you generally will pee in a cup anyway. your obgyn might check your breasts as well.
