Question: When will my period end.?
I just had my first period 2 days ago(on tuesday if that helps) and i have a huge volleyball tryout tomorrow that if i don't do i'll be out of the team! I can't run when i got my period and I was wondering if it will end till tomorrow! helpppppppppHealth Question & Answer

heyy i totally get your suffering !!! i understand totally, im actually doing the same thing, im on the Varsity Volleyball team and we have this big big game tomorrow. its an hour away, and i cant wear a pad with my spandex because the spandex are so see-through and thin that ppl will notice my underwear yet alone my pad as well. Im trying to figure out which tampon is best for a long hour ride up there and to last for my entire game which is an hour and a half. to answer ur question, it may be very light by tomorrow, because my first period lasted like 2 days then came back 2 weeks later. its was very on and off. the first time you get your period, it will be very inconsistent. u may not get it every month, or, you may get it every month, but for different time spands. my advice, wear a long t-shirt to cover the majority of your but, and wear a pad or a panti-liner with boy short underwear. i did it all the time, i still do it now, but its unfortunate that our spandex need to be so see-through!!

Everyone is different. Period can last from 2-7 days...given that it's your first period ever, no way to tell as your periods will be irregular and will keep changing for the next 2 or so years.
Why cant you run when on your period.? You shouldn't stop your normal activities just because you're on your period. Just change the pad or tampon right before the tryout and take some advil if you have cramps. Get used to it because you'll have to deal with periods for many many years to come.......Health Question & Answer

there's no telling when it will end.it could be a 3-7day cycle.you can try using a tampon or wearing a pad with a supportive girdle.Health Question & Answer
