I'm 23 M /i m having trouble in controling my self on sex; It been two years i m mastrubating every day two times n watching porn stuff; i wanted to stop but i couldnt . I can only stand max one week without doing it . My question is there any possible solution .? secondly how often u guys mastrubate if dun have bf/gf .. this question for guys and gals who are nt engaged in relation .. I am 25 y.o. woman, and I didn't have a boyfriend until I was 21. I started m-ing since 8 year old..and when I was a teen, I used to do it twice a day, too.
