Question: I'm very very worried.?
It;s the second day of my periods and there is a lot of blood.
I hadn't pooped for a day, so i pooped just then, and it was quite hard for i hadn't pooped in one day.
So then when i wiped my butt there was a lot of blood in the toilet, and when i wiped there was alot of blood on my tissue.
I'm very worried, could this just be my periods.?
I do't mean to sound disgusting, ahs anyone else experienced it.?

something u ate could have caused a clog in ur system and its just a coincidence that ur period happened right after it
i would suggest that if it continues to be hard to poop and bleeding after u normal period time, to go see a doctor
otherwise, don't worry to much about it
but of course if u feel that u do need to at any time then do

Ask yourself. What has my diet been like. It is very normal for periods to be heavy during the first days. Is this irregular for you.? As far as the "pooping" thing it seems normal.
