Unfortunately its a sacrifice that most women encounter by having children... Its mother nature and forces of gravity I guess.
It's really a depressing thing for most women (inc myself) that after breastfeeding your boobs are just not as firm as they used to be.
The main problem is the skin. The skin looses its elasticity due to over stretching and it ddoesn'tcome back. Apart from trying creams out there that help to increase your elasticity, i'd say simply they will never be the same......
That is why some women who are affected by this change go towards getting plastic surgery done and choose to get a breast list or implants.

hi im 21 and breast fed both my babies for 15 months each and although they are not as firm and small as they were they, i have been told that breastfeeding does not make them saggy or loose as to someone who doesn't breast feed and that was a big experiment with other 1000 women, after you have a baby your breast will become softer and age will effect them too. just get her to wear a sportss bra when exercising cause exercise is the main contributer to sagging **** if you dont wear a sports bra. and firming cream which i dont know if it actualluy works but its quite cheap.Health Question & Answer
