It won't confuse the test. But it's best to wait IMO. But if you don't care the doc knowing what you did last night or the day of, by all means, don't let my opnion stop you.

you can but did you know that sperm can stay in you for up to 5 days so the test can detect that if you don't use a condom. x Health Question & Answer
