Question: Is it normal to have a extremely sharp pain in your breast.?

Last night I was at home watching TV and I got this horrible sharp stabbing pain in my right breast. It was on the side and it hurt so bad. It made me feel dizzy and it lasted for about an hour and then slacked off. I haven't had this happen before, they have been sore before, but no sharp pains.
