i think i may have a yeast infection, but i'm not sure
I'm WAYYY to embarrassed to even consider asking my mother or a doctor.

also, i've only had my period for three months, but i completely missed the fourth...i just had a tiny bit of spotting one day, is this bad!.?
I'm wondering if it's safe to use monistat without knowing for sure whether it's a yeast infection.
will it affect my fertility.? will it cause an infection if i don't already have one.? will it make me sick.? is it stupid to ask if it'll kill me.? i read the warnings on one box.....

first of all, you should always see a doctor if you think you have your first yeast infection. it's nothing to be ashamed of, some women are just prone to getting them. the box even says that they are often hard to diagnose and if you use the medication (like monistat) without having a yeast infection, it will do nothing and the infection will continue to get worse. as for the side effects, it will not kill you, make you sick, or affect your fertility.
