38 year old female. The last two times during sex, right before an orgasm, I feel horrific pain in my abdomen. It is so bad, I made my husband slow down. Both times, I had a itsy bit of blood that appeared the next morning. Should I see a doctor or wait it out.? Its not like he was thrashing around harder then usually either; just normal sex.
