The person doing the smear is trained to spot anything suspicious. I once had a qualified doctor tell me my cervix was bleeding and it had an edge to it, on getting to the colopsy clinic i was told the cervix looked healthy.

The sister who did it.? Do you mean a nun.? You didn't go to a doctor.? If the person actually did a Pap (swabbed cells from the cervix to send to a medical lab) then you will get the results and I wouldn't worry about it until those results come back. If she didn't actually do a Pap, then you should see a doctor for one and not let some novice play doctor with your health. Health Question & Answer

Is there any particular reason as to WHY you are worrying.? Have you had an abnormal smear result before.?
