Question: How do I become stronger faster.?
And is there anyway I can increase my testosterone levels while exercising.? I'm a thirteen year old girl so no, can't do anything crazy like go to the doctor for some pills or steroids.

There are things like whey protein and they regain muscle like 3 times more. It mixes into milk.
It requires work.
also if you drink skim milk after a workout you gain twice as much muscle.
