am 16 years old and i suffer of having very little breasti had breast inflammatory process 2 years ago,but now when i came to doctor shesaid that everything is allright.but i ama fraid that my breasts will not grw anymore;( i had my period whan i was 12.i am wearing padded bras everyday,maybe this is the reason of having suc breast.analizes are good and genetically my grandmother has small breast.plz i will send you my photos of breast and plz tell me wht to eat orn what to do to increase breast size.Health Question & Answer

Ignore all this crap about having to have big breasts to be sexy, it's not true. Men don't care, women don't care. The media have made you believe that 'perfect' women are meant to have big breasts - it's not true! And at your young age you are more likely to fall for it.
Wearing padded bras do not affect breast growth, and what you eat or drink doesn't either. Breast size is all in your DNA and sometimes weight.
You are only 16 and have plenty of growing to do, but please, stop worrying about the size of your breasts, it is not important.
If having small breasts is your only problem in life then you are very lucky.
By the way, 'sleeping on your front with no bra' and 'rubbing' them is a load of crap, it won't work. If it worked, no one would have small breasts. Surgery is expensive and painful and you will always know they are fake, it's far more rewarding to be happy with your natural size than go through all the pain and expense of a boob job. The type, extent and the severity of the breast inflammation you had and the treatment you received are important to decide about the further growth of your breasts. When your treating doctor said that every thing is alright you may not bother much about the future size.

Your breasts will grow when and how they are meant to. They might be small, they might be big, however they turn out, be proud of them. Later on, when you're older and wiser, if you still don't like them then get cosmetic surgery. The real reason I answered this question:

oh gosh ! please just be happy with your size.
im a little girl and i wear a 32B everyone i know thinks im like a C or D im like NOOOO. its just my size that makes them that way,
everyone is different and im proud to say i don't want my boobs to get any bigger. and don't ever let a guy make you feel like you arean't good enough because your boobs arent big.

small boobs are amazing they don't take up space and alot of guys like them alot better especially if they look right to your body !

Well one no need to send photos all over the net sheesh. Secondly you pretty much stated it. Genetics thats just how your gonna be. Theres no magic cream or special pill that will make your breasts bigger. Other than surgery there is no way. Surgery BTW is a bad idea. Hey, these women are totally right.. Breast size isnt that important, and dependign on your overall physical size soemtiems bigger isnt better. I know a girl 5'1" at I think 107lbs that went up to a C and they are at the point where if they were even slightly larger it would defenitely be tooo much.
Any DECENT guy isnt going to be that very concerned about breast size and it might actually help fight off some of the scumbags. Heck, I met this girl two weeks ago with barely any chest and I didnt even notice until it occurred in conversatin, overal she was a very attractive woman.
And if you are very concerned, work on things that you can. Sure a large chest make be genetic.. or synthetic, but a great *** is priceless and something that you can work on. I'm sorry that it might sound bad saying that but, it is the truth. A great chest is a great chest don't get me wrong, but.. a great ***... it's hard to look away! lol
