The guy I'm dating invited me over later this month to spend the night with him for the first time. We haven't messed around yet but I know we're both ready. he has a really romantic weekend planned for us...BUT i'll be on my period. it starts start oct. 19 and should be ending that weekend while i'm there...
i'm on ortho tri cyclen lo (have been for about 5 yrs), but have never tried to skip my period on it. i know it's possible with other pills but because ortho tricyclen varies on hormone levels, a lot of people say they experience breakthrough bleeding.
is there any way to stop my period sooner...by either stopping my pills sooner, etc.? (i know this doesnt protect against pregnancy but i will be using protection anyway) has anyone been successful at skipping/delaying a period on orth tri cyclen.?Health Question & Answer

I wouldn't bank on this. Unless you've discussed it with your doctor or, at the very least, done a trial run...you're playing around with the very real possibility of pregnancy.Health Question & Answer
