Question: What does a 13 year old normally eat every day.? Meal wise/calorie wise/etc.?
So basically I am recovering anorexia. In the past three months I have apparently destroyed my body from 110 to 75 pounds and killed any hunger signals I have. I just visited my nutritionist and we need me to gain weight. I am going to have 3 meals 3 snacks a day. How can I spread out the calories best.? How many calories would be best.? I cant do any exercise until I gain all the weight back which could take months, so my job is to basically just eat which is quite depressing.Health Question & Answer

Well start with eating something like cereal for breakfast with toast. Then for recess (a snack) eat something tasty like a chocolate muffin and some carrot sticks. For lunch maybe eat a sandwich which has meat in it and if you want to make it taste better add in some other things like tomato, lettuce and cheese. For afternoon tea eat some choc mint slice biscuits and then also some strawberries with cream that ISN'T low fat. For dinner eat some macaroni cheese with a sausage.
