should i be worried.?
i have never made myself throw up before but i have thought about it.
but i never thought of what i do as bulimia just as a form of an eating disorder. Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Eating a ton and working out and stop eating IS "binging and purging".
Sounds like your already in the beginning of bulimia.
You do need to get therapy or some kind of help. It may not seem bad right now, but its already heavily on your mind, and you are asking for help.
Im happy to hear that you need help. A lot of people will deny theres a problem. good luck, and get some kind of help.

Yes, you should be worried because it sounds like if you dont do anything about this problem, it could keep getting bigger and worse. First of all, never starve yourself to get thin. You could eventually end up killing yourself or, at the least, messing up your body. If ypu want to become thinner, try cutting back on junk foods and getting more physical exercise per day. Health Question & Answer

It sounds like there is some sort of issue there, since you seem to lack a sense of moderation when it comes to food and exercise.

I'd talk to someone before it escalates to something more serious.Health Question & Answer
