yeah i completely have diffent emotions. more moody, more teary etc. but I usually get it just before my period (PMS or PMT).
i dont think people really notice though - they dont really think that it could be your period, they just think you didnt get enough sleep!

I get really emotional, like the tinyest things that I would usually just laugh off will most likely make me cry, and if someone annoys me I end up screaming at them, even if I don't want to or don't mean it. =\
