There isn't anything to be scared about. Your friend will be glad you trusted her enough to tell her about it, and she won't change her opinion of you.

First of all, I am so sorry about that, it is awful. Second of all, what I am assuming you are feeling is slightly ashamed. I assume as much because many other girls who are raped feel the same way. Now, as someone above me said, how about writing her a letter, that sounds like a great suggestion. Or, perhaps, do ti over e-mail or IM. I know it sounds bad, but it can be so much easier to tell someone something you are having a hard time telling them when it is through writing instead of conversation.
