I have such bad period pain?!

Question: I have such bad period pain.?

I'm currently curles up in my bed with a hot watetr bottle having taking two ibuprofen about half an hour ago in complete agony.
My mums out and i cant actually move. i have pills the doctor has prescribed to me but i dunno if i can take them now ive taken the ibuprofen
what should i do.?

The ibuprofen isa good medicine i suggest waiting a little longer, and doing sokthing to distract you. i knwo you just want to take more and more but you will hurt yourself, dont do it.

i suggest watchign a tv show, i gte my period every 4 months, andlast period i watched an entire season of house to distract me! haha =]
