Question: I need help (period).?
ok so im on my period and i wear tampons. i usually wear playtex sport but i sometimes wear tampax pearl. so just a few minutes ago i was changing my tampon and it was tampax pearl cause i ran out of playtex sport and as i was putting it in, my vagina was kinda burning! so if you now why it would burn then please tell me thanks!Health Question & Answer

does it hurt with any others. take some toilet paper and feel up there does this hurt did it hurt when you pulled the last one out if so you could just have an infection.
but I would definitely not use that box it could be contaminated with something from the factory better safe than sorry
uninary track infections are just infections around that area if you have kidney problems this is common with kidney problems. some times you get to much yeast in your body and this can cause it also basically all the same thing.

You may just have a bit of an irritation. Try skipping the tampons this month, because it will just further irritate you. And sometimes using them at the very start of your period can be a little painful, because your vulva is sometimes tender at that time. You can try letting yourself flow, and using a pad the first day, then the second day start the tampons. And only wear tampons during the day. Pads or liners at night. Make sure you take proper care of yourself especially at this time of month. Practice proper menstrual hygiene and keep clean. Relax :) Smile!

a urinary tract infection is when your bladder/or urethra are infected. It is caused by bacteria (wearing wet or tight clothing for long periods of time can cause this...and wiping from back to front when using the bathroom causes these...and also yeast infections and urinary tract infections can come hand in hand...)
