I was on the pill for years tried many different ones but was best on Yasmin. Now i'm a bit older I'm had the Mirena coil is which i love as no need to remember to take a pill each day and no periods.

choosing the best contraception for you, is slight trial and error and depends on many factors such as health and lifestyle.

I use the pill. I take it as soon as I wake up so it's about the same time everyday and then I don't have to worry about it, and it makes my periods lighter and more bearable. I've never had any problems with it and I've been taking it for about five years. Health Question & Answer

Im not having sex but if I did I would use condoms and just hope and pray they didnt break ! I can't take hormonal methods as they make me feel so ill I can't tolerate them :)
