What can I do to help PMS symptoms that I have?!
Question: What can I do to help PMS symptoms that I have.?
I'm a freshman in high school. Sometimes school can be a little hard when I am moody and feel tired. I also get emotional and sometimes feel like crying when I'm in class. Like I will think of the most random reason to sad and then feel upset over something stupid. also I take gym every day first hour and I don't like having to run around with tender breasts. I'm only an A so it's not too bad. But what can I do mainly about being emotional and feeling fatigued.? Help will be greatly appreciated. I will select best answer.Health Question & Answer

Take Motrin, Pamprin or any other stuff on the market for PMS symptoms.. I remember when I was In H.S and yep it sucked to have these symptoms while in class. Try not to think about sad things that would make you cry in class. Just think of men going through this and having to stick a tampon in them every month.. Your a woman and we all have to deal with it but over time you will get more used to it and you'll be fine. You might want to try Birth Control also. They tend to help with some PMS symptoms to.
