No they won't lecture you. Some women never get them at all.

Here's a website of what to expect...

I guess it depends on who you go to. If you have a good OBGYN they shouldn't lecture you, that's not their place to do so. If they do, just let them know that you are glad they are concerned but you are happy that you made the decision to go. If they keep lecturing, find a different one. What to expect.? They will take your health history and ask you a few questions, including your sexual expierences. They will then take a look at your cervix and take a swab of it, probably check for a couple of different diseases if its your first time, and then do a pregnancy test. Its really not as bad as people make it out to be. Health Question & Answer

Well maybe. But they will suspect why you have never gone .Your supposed to go when your 18 or sexually active. There job is to help you and prevent AIDS and other vaginal diseases. They probably won't though, if they ask why you never did just tell them the truth that your were scared. Actually I went when I was 12 and it wasn't that scary, but not because I was sexually active, I thought I had some disease, but it's really not that bad, it's uncomfortable, but you'll get over it.
